Marie Sharpe, MD

Board Certified Obstetrics & Gynecology

Dr. Marie Sharpe joined Newport Center Women’s Health on September 1st, 2021.

Dr. Sharpe is originally from the state of Washington, but has spent almost a decade in Southern California. Dr. Sharpe has always been passionate about women’s healthcare, preventative medicine, and embracing a generalized approach to wellness. She has a special interest in minimally invasive surgery as well as comprehensive obstetrical care. In addition, Dr. Sharpe has completed additional training in women’s aesthetics, including courses to hone her skills on administering Botox and dermal fillers. She is currently a member of ACOG, the Society for Laparoscopic Surgeons, the AMA, and the AAGL.

An athlete throughout her youth, Dr. Sharpe enjoys all sorts of out-door activities from paddle-boarding to hiking. She is an avid traveler and has been on many adventures overseas. She enjoys time with family and friends, and strives to create a work life-balance. We are fortunate to have her join our practice and the medical staff at Hoag Hospital.
